1. How did you hear about Cookiebid.com? I cannot remember for sure how I heard about Cookie bid. Did your team write to members of the Swoopo supporters on Facebook? I have a feeling that is where I heard about it. I am sure I heard about you in a mail from someone and was a bit apprehensive having lost money (bids) on two previous sites which folded
2. What was your first feeling about Cookiebid.com? Cookie bid is great and I really appreciated being kept in the picture when you had problems.
3. What was the first product that you bid for? Why did you go for that one? I think the first product I bid on was a laptop (can't be sure though) and probably because there wasn't a washing machine on at that point (and I hadn't broken my camera! The reason for the laptop was twofold - so I could take it to the bedroom and surf away from my many cats who always try to help me, or, if feeling generous, to give it to my son so that he keeps of my PC.
4. So we now we have a slight understanding of your bidding strategy. What additional advice would you give to person new to Cookiebid.com? My bidding strategy is crap, which is why I haven't won anything yet! I would advise anyone new to read your advice and follow it ..... Not easy unless you have lots of willpower or cash to burn. Also, to watch and learn which of your regulars will not give up till the bitter end!
5. What products would you like to see on Cookiebid.com in the future? You seem to have a fairly good mix of items on offer. I notice that you have the Nintendo DS but not the DSi so maybe that would appeal. The applemac seems to raise a lot of interest so maybe a couple more apple laptops. Also the TV....... Well, I hope transitvan enjoys his holiday because he must be smarting at not winning the TV (he could have bought a couple on the high street with the amount of bids he used). Maybe some Amazon vouchers for a change as there are so many products that could be purchased from there. Maybe some colour changing mood lights to go with the Thornton’s for a cosy night in, What about those deep fat fryers that only uses a spoonful of oil for those that love chips but are trying to eat healthily.
