CookieBid is run by a team of dedicated individuals who are committed to providing:

We will always come back to you as quickly as possible, but please note our normal office hours are as follows.
Monday – Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm.
Saturday – 10.00am – 4.00pm.
Sunday and Public Holidays – Closed.
Please note that whilst we process delivery the day following payment. Deliveries themselves cannot be tracked until 28 days have expired.

Using Cookibid should be an enjoyable and exciting experience. A novel and fun way of purchasing quality new items at a fraction of the recommended price.
As with all good things however, there is the remote risk of addiction, with the possibility of bidders getting carried away and using the site to excess.
We at Cookiebid take our responsibilities seriously and advise all users to observe the following guidelines to ensure a positive experience when participating in our auctions.
- Decide on a weekly/monthly budget and stick to it.
- Decide on a maximum number of bids/ and maximum price you are prepared to spend on an individual item and stick to it.
- Take regular breaks.
- Never participate when under the influence of alcohol or medication.
- Never participate out of desperation.
- Participate only when you feel rested and relaxed.
